I can tell Køngrutültijøn'n means Congratulations, but what does Déndu mean?

Déndu means you're welcome, taken from the Spanish de nada.

Déndu is one of the few Romance elements of Hodish. Most of it is Germanic or Slavic. É is also taken from Spanish.

Due to the involvement of the Constitution, Mr. Nolon shall act as the "under study" for me if I cannot attend the GUM meetings.

I can consult with you on the official Pacemian delegation, but I cannot be a voting member seeing as I already represent Noland in the GUM. My apologies, but if Dylan wants to take my place as he can vote, he is more than welcome. Also we can have up to three members in a delegation so that should work.

OK. Senator Dylan is now acting as 'under study' for me just in case. Senator Nolon shall switch places as a back.up with Senator Dylan. That is final
